SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.

All packages are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.

We use sustainable packaging, recyclable, biodegradable and plastic free.

Protecting our planet as best we can, whilst also protecting your skin.

If for any reason you are not happy with your product...

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will let you know how we can help.

Products need returning within 30 days of delivery. Please arrange and pay for postage, making sure of proof of postage.

Once received, we will check over and issue a full refund or exchange.

Please include order details when returning a product.

For faulty / damaged products, we will offer a refund / exchange. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items will be exchanged within 5 days of receiving the product.

Refunds will be sorted within 2 working days, but may take 5 - 7 working days to come through depending on the bank.
